Speed of a sneeze?

I was watching a science show on tv one day and they said that a sneeze can reach up to 50 km/hr. Is this true? How can this be tested? A willing subject may be allergic to something to cause a sneezing episode, or perhaps the mythbusters could wait for one member of the team to catch a cold? Or tickle Adam under the nose with a feather perhaps? Smiler Whatever the means, it would be great if the Mythbusters could test this to show exactly how fast a sneeze can be, (ie. the speed of the air exiting the nostrils).

I've heard the maximum air speed of a sneeze is 120 km/h.
