there is a bloke in australia who has set up a thing which he calls the "joe cell" to attract orgon energy to his car.
it is a stainless steel cylinder with a series of cylinders inside with spring water and a electric charge it then starts to bubble,the bubbles rotate hydrogen is produced but is not used.the cylinder is connected to the vehicle via a rubber hose. no gasses pass either way, it just allows the motor to receive orgon energy the engine running on this is said to implode and not explode it runs cold with plenty of power and exhaust is fresh air!!!
i have seen it on the net and in real life but have not been able to make it work.
nasa have done studies and liken it to what happens with thunder this study is also on the net.
