Hey Tony,
Have you been to Ministry of Sound (MOS) yet? I know many people have recommended it in the forum.
My brother is working there as a bartender. Since you are a bartender too, maybe you two can meet up and exchange tricks. And maybe you can even show off your skills at MOS (but it's not a guarantee, as my brother would have to seek his employer's approval.)
