since i've seen thailand been featured so many times in other travel/and or cooking shows i think you should go to cambodia

Go to Cambodia! Thailand is just too commmonly featured in travel shows. Go to places such as the Angkor Wat (a must see!!!), Preah Vihear Temple, Choeung Ek and Toul Sleng (Khmer Rouge torture center) and their local markets.

This is such a tough call - both countries are incredible and the hospitality their people offer is so genuine and heartfelt.

If you go to Cambodia, make sure you read up on its history first. It's incredible to see people smiling and happy after what they have suffered recently - true testament to beautiful Khmer spirit.

But isn't it a bit sad to see Thailand ignored just like that?
