Next stop - Queenstown from 15-20 May. If you're dying to tell them about the city's attractions, here's your chance!

Its been a while since I was there but I recall the scenery as nothing short of outstanding. There was in the town centre a sight and sound museum that told of the conditions of the British migration to New Zealand. I found it facinating.

this is the adventure capital of the world's capital city,ok? so please save up cash and do it all.
but dont bungee. that u can do anywhere... u'd rather spend cash on the wilder things.
the main street in town (there is only 1 main street) where all the adv sports outposts r located, has this thing called the flyby wire. its amazing.. like propelling ur own plane. some 100$, but worthwhile. and there's canyon swinging, etc. do that.
and from queenstown, for those scenery-buffs, drive to milford sound and take the ferry ride all around... AMAZING place...
and there's also the para-bungee... they take u in a boat, and soon ur paragliding, and u bungee off it..imagine......
seasonal thing, tho, hope u catch it.
and in the night, walk by the lake and shield urself from the street lights.. and look up. u can see the whole milky way... juicy and strong, here...

happy queenstowning!

I went to Queenstown a couple of years ago. It's very expensive but a beautiful place. Make sure you ride the Gondola up to the Skyline Restaurant and Luge. The Luge is really fun so I recommend you do that for sure.

Also when I was there I went on Shotover Jet which is incredibly fun, but also is quite expensive, and a little way out of the main town.

About a 30 min drive out from Queenstown is the historic Arrowtown, made famous by a Gold Rush in 1862, many historic buildings from the time still stand today, making it a popular tourist attraction.

Even on a cheap budget, Queenstown is such a beautiful place that it's certainly a place worth being.

Take an excursion tour or drive out of Queenstown and go to the fiordland of NZ. Milford Sound is the most visited fiords with its calm water mirroring teh sheer peaks around it. The view is just breathtaking, as well as the route from Queenstown to Milford Sound. Lake Te Anau on the way is worthed a stop
