Gotta go Singapore Art Museum! It used to be a school. Then they kinda enclosed it in glass and preserved it and now it's the art museum!

You can checkout Singapore Art Museum http://www.nhb.gov.sg/SAM for activties happening there. At moment, Fiction@Love exhibition. Free entry on every friday night 7pm-9pm.

Not sure you guys still here on Sat. On 27May, this Saturday, they having a "OFF THE Wall Party". looks very cool..

if you are in Chinatown, you may be interested to check out some creativity with a twit at the New Majestic Hotel which is situated in Chinatown 31 Bukit Pasoh Rd (tel 6222 3377) (see http://www.visitsingapore.com/insidescoop/apr06/newintown/majestic_hotel.htm for a sneak peak). each room has been designed by local artists, fashion designers, advertising gurus and the like.
To get there, the easiest would be to take the MRT to Outram Park and exit at New Bridge Road. It is about a 100-meter walk thereafter.
