A bit of good news at last!
Yesterday I received a Ticketek voucher for $100- valid until 24/11/07 (via Chugg Entertainment) I paid $125.00 for 2 tickets to see OCC and I didn't buy any merchandise because the queue was too long- so I suppose $100 is better than nothing! Any one else get anything? |

Hi Kaz74 and Heinekenchick,
I too have all the paperwork for a tribunal but have to find someone that has a phone and a fax I can use as Im in Victoria so have to do it that way.Still doing it though, aint letting them away with it. Good luck to you all who have persevered with this, looking forward to hearing your outcomes.I will also keep everyone posted. |

Hi Heinekenchick
I'm just waiting on an official receipt from ticketek and then i'm sending all my info off to the the Department of Fair Trading tribunal. Apparently a representative from Chugg is legally obliged to go to one of these things so at least i'll finally get to see someone face to face when it happens. Will keep you all posted. Kaz |

Ok, Ive drafted a letter and asked that Smithie post it on his/her site. www.geocities.com/occrefund
I plan to send it out to various law firms, current affair programs and Chugg Entertainment themselves. It will all depend on the support we get from other upset attendees. C'mon guys, lets keep the ball rolling! |
