Hi Guys,
well Im gobsmacked. We got an email on 1/6/07 offering us the voucher.I emailed them back on 5/6/07 to ask how much it would be and on the 6/6/07 I got a reply stating the voucher would be for $100. In the email from them on 1/6/07 they asked us to email them with our postal address which I did after we found out how much the voucher was for,so this was on 7/6/07.
Well, get this....today we get an email from them saying they sent our voucher registered mail on 28/5/07 and it was returned to them as we didnt pick it up from Post Office.Well, HELLO,if I had a card in my letterbox telling me of a registered letter at PO Id be down there like a shot out of curiosity and excitement(Yes Im easily excited,I know!!). But what gets me is how could they have sent it out to us without me confirming our address and even without replying to let them know whether we were going to accept it or not!!!.HMMM,makes us wonder if we are going to be messed around, meanwhile Chuggy is sunning himself in ****et and living it large for his birthday,YES which we all helped pay for!!!!
As usual, will keep you all posted.

Hi everyone

I have posted off my forms to the tribunal today. Unfortunately, i didn't get an offer for $100 bucks, despite the fact I wrote Chugg Entertainment a letter!! Although the $100 dollar voucher is great news, and i appreciate many are satisfied with that, i'm not totally satisfied. At the risk of sounding like an over zealous terrier, I would much prefer a REFUND rather than a voucher . As Chugg Entertainment promotes a large number of tours etc, it's highly likely the money will return to the company (in part) and line their pockets. I'm sure i will go to events organised by CE in the future, i'm not boycotting that, but this is about the principle. It's not really even the money, more the fact that i just want someone from their side to stop hiding and face an unsatisfied consumer. A company that really cares would do that and handle the situation with openness and respect. That is yet to happen with CE.

What has happened to people being able to face their mistakes and say sorry?!?!? I don't know for sure if i will get that from CE, but i do know that i have tried my hardest in this situation.

I will keep you all posted with how it goes.

Cheers

Kaz

Hi all,
yes we also got an email tonight offering us a voucher.I have no idea how much its for but hopefully we can put it towards something/someone we really want to see.We havent done the forms for the tribunal yet as we thought we'd wait and see what Chugg offered first.
How did you get on Kaz74?

I have received an email offering a ticketek voucher also but it failed to mention the amount. As I had spent over $500 for a VIP ticket and one general admission, not to mention travel and accommodation from Canberra I will not be happy with a $100 voucher.
