are there any catches?? like can you pick what you want??

Well good news for us. A few weeks ago I got $300 in ticketek vouchers towards the over $600 we spent in tickets and we are happy with that as the next step was going to the tribunal which I had already filled out the forms for and was about to post off as the Dpt of Fair Trading had not been able to progress any further without going through a tribunal. Half our ticket money back is ok so I won't be proceeding with any further action regarding this matter.

I hope everyone else gets a result as well.

i got the same reply

A letter with a $100 Ticketek voucher was sent to the address below on 31 May. It was sent via registered post so you should have received a card from your nearest post office, as you will need to sign for the envelope. I would suggest checking with your local post offices to see if the letter is still there.

funny thing is i never got the registered letter and when i rang the post office they had no record plus they said you get like 3 or so cards in the mail. Also they told me to ask for hte registered letter number and when i rang emma back she said that she would look at it from her end! seems to be they are pulling out legs here.. i bet they never even sent the stupid voucher!

fair trading said that they said that they are offering people the voucher and unless i get it in writing then i can;t prove anything.. Sneaky barstards!

we have all been fighting this since the end of February and have been in touch with ,OCC,Today Tonight,Discovery,MX Sydney and many many more people and have got nowhere so I dont think 5 months down the track that you will get any further than us.People will not be interested now,its history.But good luck to you if you do take it further.

My family traveled from Clare South Australia to see occ.We were so disapointed as well we spent $2000 to get there,acommadation,food and tickets and merchandise.
We wrote a letter to chugg entertainment and havent got a responce yet.
Has anyone thought about going on national t.v. like today tonight or a current afairs? and talk to them about the occ show.That will piss chugg entertainmet off.The publicity they will not like that.Im going to ring today tonight and see what i can do.If anyone is intereset write in and let us know.WE ALL GOT RIPED OFF!!!LETS TAKE IT FERTHER.WE ARE NOT GETTING ANYWERE.
