I have already faxed a letter concerning a refund for the American Chopper event.
I am also mailing them copy and emailing the letter to all of my contacts trying to turn it into a chain letter so everyone can see how bad it was.
If anyone wants a copy email me at smitho_no9@hotmail.com and need updates on how everything is going if there has been apologies or refunds even people talking about it on the radio.

Got sent a letter from Chugg requesting ticket details so have sent it off (a photocopy only) to see what happens

Interestingly enough they are not claiming fault for the whole day ... they say they were not responsible for everything that happened, that there were other parties involved.

When I have more time, i will rewrite the letter here

Looks like Chugg aren't going to budge yet. i just got a call from the Department of Fair Trading and they have said people at Chugg are being very evasive and aren't giving DFT much to work with. I have been posted forms from the DFT officer to take this to a tribunal. Will wait to get the forms and keep you all posted.

Is everyone else still out there???? Let me know!! I may need your help shortly e.g photos, statements etc

Already there is three comments about Chugg!HAHA.Had a response from Chugg in the form of an email and a snail mail letter,both the same,asking for details of ticketek transaction.So maybe we are going to get somewhere after all.Will just have to wait and see.Will keep you all posted tho.
