Hi guys

Out of sheer stubborness, I am taking this matter to the Consumer Tenancy Trade Tribunal in NSW. I don't care about the $31.00 fee, this has gone beyond the whole money thing, it's about the principle. It also may have something to do with watching 'The Castle' again last weekend (an old favourite). This is a perfect example of the big guy hoping the little guy will crawl under a rock and go away. This does not scare me at all, actually i'm looking forward to it. I may not get anywhere, but at least I know I have taken it as far as my resources (time, money, energy) will allow. I'll have a tpg e mail address set up in the next day or so. Please forward me photos, statements, anything.

Hi Kaz74 and all,
well,I called Chugg yesterday(fri) to find out if they received my letter and ticketek transaction details in the post.Eventually they found them and told me I;d hear something in 4 to 8 weeks.Then DFT called and said this had gone on long enough and to take it to a tribunal,so are sending me the necessary paperwork.Its going to be tricky with me being in Vic so am going to have to do the tribunal by phone and Fax! But,like Kaz says,its not about the money so much anymore,its just getting Chugg to admit to their cockup.So will keep you all posted on how things go.Meanwhile,if any of you care to email me photos and statements to help me along,I;d really really appreciate it,grovel grovel!!!
