A Message from the Teutuls to our Australian Fans…
Friday, March 2, 2007 – We'd like to thank all of our fans 'Down Under' for such gracious hospitality as we traveled throughout your beautiful country. We'd also like to address the fact that Chugg Entertainment, the country's top promoter, booked OCC for the live event in Sydney on February 24. While the event may have not met the expectations of a number of our fans who attended, we'd like our fans to know that OCC had no responsibility for the overall planning and logistics of the event; instead Chugg Entertainment, as the event promoter, was responsible for such activities. We kindly ask that you direct any feedback and correspondence regarding the management of the event to Chugg Entertainment. We genuinely regret leaving behind any unhappy fans and again, thank you for your support. You can contact Chugg Entertainment at their website: http://www.chuggentertainment.com/ cut and pasted from OCC website.... |

Thank you for your email regarding our OCC in Australia event at
Overflow Park on February 24, 2007. We appreciate your patience in waiting for a reply and value all of your comments and suggestions. We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologize for any and all disappointments that you may have had with the day's events. We too are very upset with the promotional and organizational efforts made on our behalf by the promoter, Chugg Entertainment. We trusted in Chugg Entertainment, one of the world's top promoters, to plan and execute an organized day full of activities and events for our Australian fans to enjoy. Not until our arrival at Overflow Park, was it clear that many of the basic components of the day that were promised and advertised were not delivered. We want you to know that we understand your disappointment in your experience at the OCC Australia event and we are doing our best to insure that we work with more reputable promoters, so that the same mistakes are not made again at future events. We appreciate all of our Australian fans and want to say thank you for your support. We very much enjoyed visiting your beautiful country and hope to make another trip one day soon. We hope that you will continue to watch and enjoy American Chopper! Sincerely, Orange County Choppers I wrote:- Very disappointed- nothing was as expected! actually there was nothing! We were treated like dirt! You have lost so many fans! what are you going to do about this? please reply! also check out the complaints on the discovery channel forum site |

Dear Mythica
I would have thought if you were taking the time to send an abusive email then you would taken the time to make sure that your spelling was correct. That's something really basic even an idiot like me would do!! How are you supposed to get your message across if there are spelling mistakes? How are they going to take you seriously if there are spelling mistakes? As for shelling out hard earned dollars for only 95% of what was advertised I think your anger is directed at the wrong people. Chugg changed the program, Chugg was the drunken MC, Chugg yelled at all of you not to breathe the same air at the Teutuls - shall I go on? The merchandise was sold by Discovery and were NOT authentic OCC merchandise therefore OCC are not to blame for that either. Look at it logically. OCC/American Chopper have a huge fan base in Australia. Is it good business practice to screw the majority of your fan base over by giving them an inferior product? Even an idiot like me knows that it isnt. Who in this mixture doesnt give a flying @hit if the fans are satisfied or not? How long did it take him to send an email passing the buck? I have read and seen on other sites where OCC Days go without a hitch. They had everything that we were promised like signings, Q&A's, photos with the Guys and demonstrations. So what went wrong with our day? Chugg and Discovery .... A job with Chugg and/or Discovery - are you not reading my other messages? Obviously not. P.S. Read the latest LTR |

lillian_6503....excuse me for having a typing error. Basically you can go stuff yourself! Nobody is saying they had to stop and ensure a certain amount of time with each and every person at the VIP lunch but all the VIP's were standing around for sometime and then sitting having lunch so why couldn't the Teutels be present during drinks and lunch. Why couldn't they just be generally mixing in with the group. What would have been the strain of them sitting at a head table and eat lunch with the group as they were supposed to. How do your damn logistics stack up to that you idiot. lillian_6503 you obviously weren't one of the fans who shelled out well earned money to have the chance to see these celebrities and experience all the activities that were advertised only to be slapped in the face when 95% of what was advertised didn't happen. Maybe you should apply for a job with Chugg as it would seem you would do well there. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Mythica, |
